Smyzer and Blyde is an action comic with a very, very graphic style, the likes of which I haven't seen before. It seems to rely on the shapes of the areas of light and shadow to create depth, maybe moreso than line, and it's really sharp and intense, which definitely goes with the story it's telling (It's sharp and intense :D). Very fast-paced. And it's a good read, you get pulled in pretty quickly. From the beginning you know there's something going on. So go read it!

Thank God. This page is okay, but the grass is weird and it's about to drive me up the wall. I'm using ref. images next time for sure. But Tir's looking a little better than the last page, lol.

So, there's been a lot going on this week, and I haven't really been able to work on the page, so this Friday you'll get some filler art. It started as a sketch in Art History, and it just grew from there. It's kind of an exercise in body language, but also fleshing out characters a bit. I hope you'll enjoy it :)
Also, this week's comic review is of What It Takes by Kez (who also made War Of Winds)! It's still pretty new, but it already has character, and the setting is unfolding wonderfully! It's a "post-apocalyptic, martial arts survival story", and is rated R for harsh language and violence (just so you know). I'm definitely enjoying it thus far :)
